Bookings

For reservations it is necessary to contact us, preferably by email at info@fasolistudios.gr. or tel: +302352044392, to check the availability and agree on the total cost. After our answer and when the details of the reservation are agreed, you must pay a deposit in order to secure your booking. The deposit amount must be payed within 2 days from our agreement. The deposit amount should be 30% of the total booking cost, with a minimum amount of €30.

Cancellation - return policy

Cancellation is timely and acceptable when notified at least 30 days before the arrival date and the deposit is refunded immediately. Any return costs are borne by the customer. In case of untimely cancellation or non-appearance, the deposit is withheld in full. Exceptions can only be made for reasons of force majeure and these will be considered on a case by case basis.

Payment options

Payments can be made electronically via credit, debit and prepaid cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners) with the e-commerce service of Alpha Bank or alternatively, by bank transfer to our account with IBAN: GR2901408410841002002011272. To pay the reservation, on the day of arrival at the property, either cash or the above methods can be used.

Secure payments

All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of "Alpha e-Commerce" of Alpha Bank and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
